We care about your privacy. Below we explain what data we collect through this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Data provided in the contact form: full name, email address, optionally phone number, message content and subject. Optionally — if you provide them — building details (type, area, insulation standard, number of residents) and attachments (e.g. floor plans, project, photos). Standard technical data logged by the server. We keep visit statistics in aggregate form, without cookies and without storing your IP address.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process the form data to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer/quote — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps), (a) (your consent) and (f) (legitimate interest — handling correspondence and enquiries).
4. Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any further cooperation, and then for no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Attachments are deleted together with the message.
5. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers operating our infrastructure: the server (hosting) provider and the email provider — only to the extent necessary to run the website and communicate. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to the processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (PUODO).
7. Voluntariness
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your enquiry.
8. Cookies
This site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. We only use a technical session cookie in the administration panel (not accessible to visitors).
